Action in the Renville County District Court for personal injuries and property damage sustained by plaintiff when an automobile which she was driving collided with one driven by defendant Ronald Degner and with one driven by defendant Kenneth Wittwer and owned by defendant H. E. Wurm, d.b.a. Wurm Chevrolet Company. Luella Degner, guardian ad litem of Ronald Degner, was also named as defendant. The case was tried before C. A. Rolloff, Judge, and a jury, which returned answers to special interrogatories upon which the court found that plaintiff was entitled to judgment against defendant Ronald Degner only for $5,322. Said defendant appealed from an order denying his motion for judgment or a new trial.
